Day 1

We welcome you and your family to Sri Lanka. On arrival you will meet your chauffeur guide at airport, and drive to your first hotel in Negombo.
Late afternoon set out to explore the fishing lifestyle and immerse yourself into the local way of life around Negombo. Hop on board a local boat as you are guided through the scenic lagoons by a local who will bring to life the rich history and natural habitat.

Day 2
Overnight stay at Cinnamon Lodge
After a relaxing breakfast be on your way to Habarana. Embrace the change in atmosphere as you enter the culturally rich triangle of Sri Lanka.
In the afternoon enjoy a safari ride at the Mineriya National Park, famously known for the great elephant gathering. Share a memorable moment in the wild with the gentle giants of asia roaming free in their natural habitat.
Day 3

After breakfast, visit the second capital of the Sinhalese kingdom - Polonaruwa. Walk through the ancient city dotted in ruins while you are guided through its mysterious tales which brings to life the richness of the Sri Lankan heritage.

Wake up early this morning to visit the world wonder, a UNESCO world heritage site – Sigiriya. Explore the beauty as well as the ancient engineering tactics used in the past which is bound to marvel you.
Afterwards, visit a local abode to enjoy a scrumptious meal. Experience the simple lifestyle of a Sri Lankan while you visit their village and join them as they prepare the most flavourful traditional meal.

Day 5
Overnight stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon
Today you will leave behind the cultural hub and make your way towards the turquoise waters of Trincomalee. Reach the coastal haven in the east as you are introduced to the chrystle clear waters and white sandy beaches which makes time stand still.
After lunch enjoy a visit to the culturally rich city guided by your chauffeur guide who will bring to life the stories of the past to make it one worth the visit.

Day 6
Overnight Stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon
Make an early start to the day as you head out to the Indian ocean in a sailing catamaran in search of the blue whales. Spend some quality time at sea and don’t forget to brin back to life your childlike spirit.
After an eventful day at sea return to your hotel and rest and relax the rest of the day gazing into the horizon during a picture-perfect sunset.

Negombo Boat Ride
Enjoy a boat ride with one of the local experts through the smooth waters of one of Sri Lanka's largest coastal lagoons. Discover the life of our fishing community. As you float through the colorful wilderness of fishing boats, coconut palms, mangrove forests, bird life, and marine creatures, tell stories about local history.
Mineriya National Park
Located between Habarana and Polonnaruwa, the 8,890 hectares of Minneriya National Park consists of mixed evergreen forest and scrub areas and is home to favorites such as sambar deer, leopards and elephants. However the central feature of the park is the ancient Minneriya Tank (built in 3 rd century AD by King Mahasena). During the dry season (June to September), this tank is an incredible place to observe the elephants who come to bathe and graze, as well as the huge flocks of birds (cormorants and painted storks to name but a few) that come to fish in the shallow waters.
Cycling through the second kingdom of Sri Lanka.
Polonaruwa - is the 2nd capital of Sri Lanka. Built in the 11th and 12th centuries A.D. and is a world heritage site. Here you can see the ruins of the Royal Palace, the “Gal Viharaya” (3 splendid statues of the Buddha in upright, sedentary and recumbent postures carved out of rock). You could also marvel at the audience hall, the lotus bath, the Polonaruwa statue (12th century) and the “Parakrama Samudra” tank (lake) built by king Parakramabahu the great. There are also ruins of famous places of worship such as the Shiva temple, the Lankatileka, the Watadage, the Galpotha, the Kiri Vihare Dagoba and the remains of a former temple of the tooth.
Sigiriya
This UNESCO World Heritage site, a spectacular Rock Fortress, is one of Sri Lanka’s major attractions. The most impressive facets of the unique complex are the Water Gardens, the Frescoes of beautiful maidens, the Mirror Wall with ancient graffiti, the Lion platform and the Summit of 1.6 hectares, which was completely covered by buildings during the period of Sigiriya’s glory.

This is a unique jungle and village experience which is popular with most clients. Depart early from the hotel to a point off the main road where you begin a scintillating walk over village paths, a tank (ancient reservoir) bund and forest. Cross a little jungle rivulet by catamaran to reach a farmers simple "wattle and daub" house. Begin the next phase of your trek, which will lead you through vegetable plots and into a scrub forest, where a waiting bullock cart will transport you through jungle and passed paddy fields. A truly Sri Lankan experience.
Trinco City tour
Trincomalee is famed for its natural harbor. Described by Admiral Lord Nelson as the finest harbor in the world when he visited aboard HMS sea shore in 1770. It is ranked as the worlds 5th largest natural harbors. During the Second World War the harbor became the base for the combined East Asian Fleet of the Allied Powers.
It is the ideal beach resort. All water sports are available here including fishing and sea angling. Whale watching is a specialty.
Kandy city tour
The citadel city of Kandy, home to Sri Lankan royalty in days of yore, still retains its mystical and magical aura. Home to the revered Temple of the Tooth which houses the Buddha’s relics, Kandy is a spiritual destination for many.
